Call for Basic GIS Course (1-5 Falgun, 2076)

Nature Conservation Initiative Nepal (NCI-Nepal) has scheduled a Basic GIS course with support of Nepal Environmental Research Institute (NERI). The introductory course is designed to meet the need of beginners to introduce them in the GIS world.

Joining World Wetland Day 2020 Celebration

NERI is joining with Nature Conservation Initiative Nepal (NCI-Nepal) to celebrate World Wetland Day 2020. The event is organized to visit Nag Daha Located southern part of Kathmandu on 2nd feb 2020. The team will join local community and graduate students to discuss the current scenario of wetland, recent research findings and the activities on going. 

Capacity Building on GIS

Nepal Environmental Research Institute (NERI) is providing GIS Training to Municipal Staffs of Birendranagar Municipality and Staffs of Environment Development Society (EDS). The training is organized by EDS and supported by OXFAM Nepal. 

Preparation of DRR Policy and Strategic Action Plan

NERI is facilitating to develop Disaster Risk Reduction Policy and Disaster Risk Reduction Action Plan for Rajpur Rural Municipality of Dang district.
